We are seeking a dynamic professional with expertise in Microsoft Dynamics and Power Platform to join our team as the Head of Engineering and Service Delivery. Candidates with consulting backgrounds, especially those experienced in varied project implementations, will thrive in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive Technical Leadership: Establish and uphold standards for excellence in Microsoft solutions.
- Oversee Service Delivery: Ensure timely, high-quality project and service delivery.
- Solution Design: Lead the architecture of Azure, Microsoft 365, Dynamics, and Power Platform solutions.
- Team Leadership: Build, mentor, and guide a talented engineering team.
- Client Collaboration: Partner with sales and account teams to align technical solutions with client requirements.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum 7 years in IT, with a focus on Microsoft Dynamics and Power Platform.
- Leadership & Project Management: Proven track record in a consulting environment.
- Communication Skills: Strong client-facing and team collaboration skills.
Salary: 500,000 to 800,000 PKR (based on experience)
