Job Description

Position Overview:
As a Sales Engineer in the After Sales Department, you will play a critical role in ensuring customer satisfaction and driving sales growth through excellent service and support. You will leverage your technical expertise to provide solutions, address client inquiries, and build long-term relationships with our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Assist customers with technical inquiries and provide expert advice on generator products and services
  2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
  3. Conduct site assessments to understand customer needs and recommend suitable products and solutions
  4. Prepare and present quotations, proposals, and contracts in collaboration with the sales team
  5. Coordinate with the service team to ensure timely delivery and installation of products
  6. Follow up on customer feedback and resolve any post-sale issues or concerns
  7. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities
  8. Support marketing initiatives to promote after sales services and products

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field) or equivalent experience
  2. 2+ years of experience in sales or technical support, preferably in the power generation or industrial equipment sector
  3. Strong technical knowledge of generators and related systems
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients
  5. Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused attitude
  6. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
  7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  8. Experience in the Solar Industry is a must.

Salary Range:

Attractive salary based on experience (60k to 70k)
