Job Description

Required an experienced Manager Production for our client’s manufacturing plant to lead the Metal Rod Plant and PVC Division. This role requires a strategic leader who can enhance production efficiency, uphold quality standards, and promote a safe, improvement-driven workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily production operations, optimizing processes to achieve production targets
  • Implement Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to drive operational excellence
  • Lead and mentor the production team, ensuring strict adherence to quality standards
  • Coordinate with maintenance teams to uphold equipment reliability and safety protocols

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Metallurgy & Materials, Polymer & Chemical, or Mechanical Engineering
  • Experience: Minimum 10 years in manufacturing, preferably within multinational corporations (MNCs)
  • Skills: Strong leadership abilities, expertise in production planning, ERP systems proficiency, and process improvement skills
  • Industry: Manufacturing (MNC experience preferred)
