Job Description

This position is responsible to ensure that all SOPs regarding financial and operational activities across the organization are being followed in every department of the organization. The additional
duties are:

1. Execute financial, operational, IT/application, and compliance audits.
2. Implement audit assignments as per the approved audit schedule.
3. Participate in surprise site visits to conduct audits.
4. Audit various functions and departments across the organization.
5. Assist with site inspections and investigations for compliance and audit purposes.
6. Prepare quarterly audit reports for review by senior audit management.
7. Maintain and document working papers in audit report files.
8. Coordinate with departments to obtain and verify relevant data.
9. Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety regulations.
10. Follow up with department managers to address audit findings and recommendations.
11. Prepare consolidated reports summarizing audit findings, remarks, and objectives.
12. Identify weaknesses in internal processes and recommend corrective actions.
13. Assist with special assignments, such as investigations of fraud or other specific cases, as
directed by the audit committee.
14. Perform any additional tasks assigned by the Line Manager

Qualification:

Education: ACCA / CIA / CA (part) / CISA

Experience: 1-2 years of relevant experience in conducting pre and post audits preferably in the
Oil and Gas sector.

Salary: Rs. 100,000

Location: Harbour Front, Clifton.

The ideal candidate must possess a good command of MS Excel, IT Audit knowledge, Audit
standards and procedures, laws, rules, and regulations. Excellent analytical and negotiation skills to
develop a strong and varied network of contacts across the industry
