Role Overview:

The Head of Sales and Partnerships will develop and execute our sales strategy, drive revenue growth, and build key partnerships, particularly with Microsoft. You will lead go-to-market initiatives, manage client relationships, and support the company’s market expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies, setting and achieving revenue targets.
  • Build and manage client relationships, focusing on Microsoft solutions.
  • Establish partnerships with Microsoft and key tech vendors.
  • Lead a growing sales team, overseeing pipeline management and CRM usage.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align sales with service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of IT sales experience with a focus on Microsoft solutions.
  • Strong track record in partnership management with Microsoft.
  • Leadership experience, managing teams and driving business growth.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure, Dynamics, and other cloud solutions.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
