Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and motivated IT Support Specialist to ensure smooth IT operations across our organization, including the Pakistan office, HQ, and multiple store locations. This role focuses on providing timely technical assistance, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, maintaining IT systems, and supporting network infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide prompt technical support to end-users via phone, email, or in-person at the Pakistan office.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware/software issues for desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
- Manage and maintain servers, VPN infrastructure, and network connectivity (wired/wireless).
- Oversee IT systems including POS, PDI servers, shared drives, and data migrations.
- Ensure system updates, software upgrades, and compliance with data protection regulations.
- Maintain IT databases and follow up on store-specific IT issues (e.g., battery backups, TCEQ management/testing).
- Support remote access solutions and assist with cloud-based technologies as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in IT or a related field (preferred). Relevant certifications are a plus.
- Proven experience in IT support roles with strong troubleshooting skills.
- Familiarity with networking concepts and protocols.
- Proficiency in Windows, macOS, and networking concepts.
- Familiarity with cloud computing, virtualization, and remote access tools.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
SHIFT TIMINGS: Night Sift (6:30 pm – 3:30 am)
LOCATION: Gulshan-e-Iqbal
SALARY: 100k – 120k
