Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Development Coordinator who will be responsible for assisting in coordination of the development projects along with the other team members. The candidate should be skilled in handling multiple projects with an ability to prepare reports and give updates. Prior experience of civil works and dealing with vendors will be a plus.

 

Key Responsibilities:

The candidate should possess excellent customer service and follow-up skills besides technical experience of independently handling various key support functions as a team member but should not be limited to the following.

· Responsible for up keeping with daily tasks and emails

· Follow up with concerned Project personnel on different Projects

· Review of project coordination of all tasks.

· Discussion with vendors and ability to get quotes

· Coordinate with AP to get payments processed.

· Coordination with operations managers that all equipment needed is ordered.

· Coordinate to determine area in which equipment will be installed and communicated to GC.

· Do planning and make time line, project scopes and project budget for all development related projects

· Review project bids with vendors and make comparisons and provide approvals to be ordered

· Work on Gasoline Vendors branding projects with Fuel Director

· Work on financing proposals and comparisons for new assets equipment

· Do new project Planning and coordination – architect engineering contracts, vendor contracts, and legal contracts

· Provide Level 2 and back up development support as and when required

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in civil works.
  • Relevant experience of 5 to 10 years is desirable.
  • Familiarity with development project handling.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.

SHIFT TIMINGS: Night Sift (6:30 pm – 3:30 am)

LOCATION: Gulshan-e-Iqbal

SALARY: 120k – 150k
