Job Description

We are looking for a reliable Learning & Organizational Development Executive to join our HR team and assist in organizing training and development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, organize, and coordinate training and development programs.
  • Collaborate with external trainers and vendors to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Conduct training needs assessments to identify skill gaps and opportunities.
  • Monitor and evaluate training program effectiveness and outcomes.
  • Support leadership development and succession planning strategies.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

Requirements:

  • Qualification: Bachelor in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in organizing training or HR-related roles.
  • Familiarity with learning and development processes and best practices.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data management and reporting.
  • Willingness to travel when required.

Location: DHA phase 7

Salary: 75k-80k
