Job Description

  1. Client Acquisition and Relationship Management:

– Identify and approach potential clients to expand the customer base.

– Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.

  1. Sales Strategy Development:

– Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.

– Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to fine-tune sales approaches.

  1. Quotation and Proposal Generation:

– Prepare and present competitive and accurate quotations to clients.

– Collaborate with internal teams to create comprehensive proposals tailored to client needs.

  1. Product Knowledge and Consultative Selling:

– Stay updated on the company’s NVOCC services and industry trends.

– Provide consultative advice to clients, understanding their logistics needs, and offering tailored solutions.

  1. Sales Reporting and Forecasting:

– Maintain detailed records of sales activities, client interactions, and transactions.

– Generate regular reports on sales performance and contribute to sales forecasting.

Qualification:

  • Education: Graduation
  • Experience: 3 years (sales)

Budget: 80k-100k.
