Requirements

Sales Team Management: Recruit, hire, train, and develop a high-performing sales team. Provide ongoing coaching, mentoring, and support to ensure team members are equipped with the knowledge and skills necessary to succeed.
Sales Target Achievement: Establish and monitor sales goals for the team, ensuring they are aligned with each enterprise’s objectives. Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth and market share.
Customer Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with key customers, building trust and loyalty. Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
Sales Process Optimization: Continuously evaluate and refine the sales process to improve efficiency and effectiveness with the sales team. Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes as needed.
Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics. Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and target markets.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
Proven track record of success in sales management, with a minimum of 5 years of experience.
Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools.
A deep understanding of the enterprises we are promoting and best practices of each industry.

Desired Skills:

Proficiency in the English language is a must

Salary: 150k
