Job Description

As a Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by identifying, developing, and closing sales opportunities with gas station/convenience store businesses in Texas. You will work closely with the Brand Director(s) to identify potential clients,  understand their needs and provide tailored solutions that meet their specific requirements.

Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting: Contact potential business clients through various channels, including cold calling and emailing (SMS Texting TBD.)
  • Relationship Building: Contact potential clients to establish and nurture relationships with clients and decision-makers.
  • Needs Assessment: Work with Brand Director(s) to conduct thorough needs assessments to understand clients’ business goals, challenges, and requirements.
  • Sales Presentations: Deliver compelling sales presentations to showcase our products or services and their benefits.
  • Sales Cycle Management: work with Brand Director(s) to manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to existing clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Reporting: Maintain accurate communications records and submit regular reports on sales activities and performance.

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency of the English language is a must.
  • Proven experience in business-to-business sales. Must have Experience in Call Center Sales.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent presentation and negotiation abilities.
  • Results-oriented with a track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong understanding of sales techniques and strategies.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
