Job Description

Provide resources to address and respond to customer inquiries related to Company, acting as the focal point between Company and its customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Comply with QHSE policies and organizational SOPs.

  • Attend and respond to customer inquiries effectively.

  • Ensure timely report submission and accurate system entries.

  • Assist superiors and comply with special assignments.

  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism.

  • Stay updated with policies, procedures, and work instructions.

  • Coordinate with other departments for efficient operations.

Requirements:

  • Preferably a Bachelor’s or Intermediate qualification.

  • 2-3 years of customer service experience.

  • Strong communication, computer, and customer service skills.

Salary Range: 50k+ Benefits
