Job Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated Accountant who will be part of our accounting operations. The candidate should be skilled in handling multiple projects with an ability to prepare reports and give updates in a fast paced environment. Prior experience of working in a high-paced accounting team is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- The candidate should possess up to 10 years’ experience in reconciling key accounts such as inventory, payables, receivables and company balances on a monthly basis to control annual books effectively.
- Responsible for up keeping with daily tasks and emails;
- Help in coordinating with internal and external stakeholders in auditing processes;
- Work as per daily plan to document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen The internal controls in line with US laws
- Do all accounting operations including billing, A/R, and A/P; Additionally, control duties as necessary;
- Handle monthly general ledger activities; review and process adjusting and recurring journal entries, performing monthly balance sheet reconciliations;
Requirements:
Â
- Advanced degree in Accounting is preferred;
- Experience with general ledger functions and the month-end/year-end close process;
- Proven working experience as an Accounting professional;
- Strong working knowledge of accounting processes;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interface comfortably at all levels both internally and externally;
- Knowledge of principles and practices of organizing, planning, records management, and budgetary processes;
- Up to 10 years’ experience at a national/global public accounting firm; flexible on title commensurate with years of experience;
- Advanced proficiency in use of computer programs including Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and other accounting software
- Able to thrive and multitask in a high-growth, fast-paced, ever-changing environment;
- Results-oriented with excellent technical, analytical and problem-solving skills.

Shift Timings: Night Shift (6:30pm – 3:30 am)
Location: Gulshan-e-Iqbal Block 4
Salary Range: 130k-150k
