Job Description

Main Job Responsibilities:

1. Conduct risk assessments, process walkthroughs, and collect audit samples related to OMC
operations. Perform audit tests and ensure proper documentation.
2. Evaluate current operational processes, procedures, and documentation within various
departments including sales, supply chain, and engineering.
3. Identify and highlight operational risks, inefficiencies, and weaknesses specific to OMC
business processes, and provide actionable recommendations.
4. Communicate audit findings to relevant stakeholders and prepare comprehensive reports on operational areas audited.
5. Conduct follow-up audits to ensure timely and effective implementation of corrective
actions.
6. Perform surprise site audits across fuel stations, depots, and other relevant operational
locations to ensure compliance with OMC standards and procedures.
7. Assist in site inspections and investigations, focusing on compliance with OMC regulations
and safety standards.
8. Contribute to the preparation of quarterly audit reports for senior management and the
audit committee.
9. Participate in additional projects and identify opportunities for continuous improvement within OMC operations.
10. Perform any additional tasks assigned by the Line Manager or audit committee, particularly in relation to OMC-specific challenges and compliance audits.

Education: Graduate in engineering or related operational discipline

Experience: 3-5 years of relevant experience preferably in the Oil and Gas sector.

Budget: up to 150,000

The ideal candidate must possess an in-depth understanding of operational processes,
(OMC) operations (e.g., supply chain, fuel distribution, storage, and retail). Strong
knowledge of operational auditing standards, procedures, and industry regulations,
including HSSE (Health, Safety, Security, and Environment) compliance. Excellent analytical skills, Time management, Problem-solving, and operational efficiency. Attention to detail and proficiency in operational audit tools, ERP systems, and related software shall be preferred. Ability to handle high-pressure situations and manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
