Job Description

Develop and execute promotional strategies to drive brand awareness and profitability.

· Collaborate with creative agencies to launch impactful campaigns.

· Assist in launching new products and expanding the consumer base.

· Analyze brand positioning, consumer insights, and market trends to optimize strategies.

· Oversee the planning and execution of consumer and trade promotional activities.

· Develop quarterly action plans, brand literature, and IEC materials for field teams.

· Monitor competitor activities and recommend strategies for brand growth.

· Manage cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.

· Conduct field visits to ensure brand visibility and availability at key outlets.

· Track and optimize marketing parameters, pricing, and distribution strategies.

· Measure campaign performance and assess ROI and KPIs.

Qualification:

  • A degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: 4-5 yearsproven track record in product or brand management.

Salary: 200,000 – to 250,000.

Location: Phase 7.
