Scope of Duties and Responsibilities:

P&L Management: Take overall responsibility for the complete Profit and Loss (P&L) statement, achieving periodic and annual growth targets. Lead the company to rapidly establish itself as a leading player in its chosen market segment.
Operations Leadership: Oversee countrywide operations, including marketing, sales, operations, procurement, supply chain, after-sales support, production, and quality control functions, in alignment with the company’s vision and objectives.
Sales Strategy Development: Establish and implement sales strategies to maximize revenue, drive business growth, and enhance profitability.
Resource Optimization: Efficiently utilize available resources to maintain overheads within desired limits.
Financial Monitoring: Monitor and control receivables, payment cycles, cash flow, and profitability to ensure financial stability.
Team Building: Build and lead a team of professionals committed to successfully implementing the company’s vision and objectives. Mentor and guide the team to improve performance continuously.
Facility Establishment: Identify and establish company offices and production facilities in strategic locations.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure strict compliance with all relevant government rules and regulations.
Strategic Advisory: Advise the Board of Directors on strategic decision-making, mitigating risks, successfully navigating initial challenges, and achieving organizational goals.
