Job Description
Responsibilities:
- – Lead and manage a team of four individuals involved in inventory, ordering, accounts receivable, billing, and sales.
- – Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure smooth operation of the fuel department.
- – Review reports from team members and provide feedback to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- – Develop and maintain reporting templates to monitor and track fuel inventory, deliveries, sales, and accounts receivable.
- – Coordinate with the Director to address any customer or vendor issues and ensure timely resolution.
- – Monitor fuel prices and review accuracy of pricing.
- – Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and environmental laws related to fuel storage and distribution.
- – Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of fuel products.
- – Conduct regular training sessions for team members to improve their skills and knowledge.
- – Develop and maintain a positive work environment that fosters teamwork, collaboration, and open communication.
Requirements:
- – Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, business, logistics, or a related field.
- – 10+ years of experience in fuel management, logistics, or a related field.
- – Strong leadership and team management skills.
- – Familiarity with fuel inventory management, ordering, accounts receivable, and billing processes.
- Â Experience working with fuel suppliers and vendors.
Shift:Â Night Shift
Location:Â Gulshan e Iqbal
Salary:Â 120k- 150k (Depending upon profile)
Must have strong English communication Skills
