Job Description

  • Oversee day-to-day operations, including production, supply chain, logistics, customer service & Procurement.
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to meet company objectives.
  • Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations & collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business goals.
  • Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers and partners & Prepare reports and presentations for senior management.

Requirements:

  • MBA and Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/ Mechanical Engineering
  • 7+ years of experience.
  • Proficiency in factory management & maintenance.
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills & Excellent interpersonal and public speaking abilities.
  • Salary: PKR 300K to 350K
