Role Overview:
The Head of Sales and Partnerships will develop and execute our sales strategy, drive revenue growth, and build key partnerships, particularly with Microsoft. You will lead go-to-market initiatives, manage client relationships, and support the company’s market expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies, setting and achieving revenue targets.
- Build and manage client relationships, focusing on Microsoft solutions.
- Establish partnerships with Microsoft and key tech vendors.
- Lead a growing sales team, overseeing pipeline management and CRM usage.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align sales with service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of IT sales experience with a focus on Microsoft solutions.
- Strong track record in partnership management with Microsoft.
- Leadership experience, managing teams and driving business growth.
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure, Dynamics, and other cloud solutions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
