Job Description
Provide resources to address and respond to customer inquiries related to Company, acting as the focal point between Company and its customers.
Key Responsibilities:

Comply with QHSE policies and organizational SOPs.

Attend and respond to customer inquiries effectively.

Ensure timely report submission and accurate system entries.

Assist superiors and comply with special assignments.

Maintain confidentiality and professionalism.

Stay updated with policies, procedures, and work instructions.

Coordinate with other departments for efficient operations.
Requirements:

Preferably a Bachelor’s or Intermediate qualification.

2-3 years of customer service experience.
-
Strong communication, computer, and customer service skills.
