Job Description

Recruitment:

  • Follow recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
  • Post job openings on various job boards, social media platforms, and in-store.
  • Review resumes and applications, and conduct initial screening interviews.
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and qualifications.

Interviewing:

  • Conduct virtual interviews with potential candidates.
  • Assess candidates’ qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate interview schedules and communicate with candidates throughout the process.

Onboarding:

  • Oversee the onboarding process for new hires, including completing necessary paperwork, training, and orientation as required.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Employee Relations:

  • Address employee questions and concerns.
  • Assist in resolving workplace conflicts or issues.
  • Promote a positive work environment and employee engagement.

Review, Report and Follow up

  • Has a knack of review, report and follow up on regular basis.
  • Maintain records of hiring activities, including applicant tracking and hiring metrics.
  • Provide and get regular reports and updates to/from store management.

Team Collaboration:

  • Work closely with the store managers to meet staffing needs.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to strategic workforce planning.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience in recruiting and hiring, preferably in the retail or convenience store industry.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR software + management tools.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities

Office Timings: 6:30 pm – 3:30 am (On-Site)

Salary: 90k-110k
