We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Hiring Manager who will be responsible for all aspects of the hiring process, from recruiting and interviewing candidates to onboarding new employees. Additionally, he will support the store managers in personnel-related matters.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment:
- Follow recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
- Post job openings on various job boards, social media platforms, and in-store.
- Review resumes and applications, and conduct initial screening interviews.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and qualifications.
Interviewing:
- Conduct virtual interviews with potential candidates.
- Assess candidates’ qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate interview schedules and communicate with candidates throughout the process.
Onboarding:
- Oversee the onboarding process for new hires, including completing necessary paperwork, training, and orientation as required.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Employee Relations:
- Address employee questions and concerns.
- Assist in resolving workplace conflicts or issues.
- Promote a positive work environment and employee engagement.
Review, Report and Follow up
- Has a knack of review, report and follow up on regular basis.
- Maintain records of hiring activities, including applicant tracking and hiring metrics.
- Provide and get regular reports and updates to/from store management.
Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with the store managers to meet staffing needs.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to strategic workforce planning.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience in recruiting and hiring, preferably in the retail or convenience store industry.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR software + management tools.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Office Timings:Â 6:30 pm – 3:30 am
Salary:Â 90k-110k
Job Type: Full-time
