Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated HR Officer with excellent Spanish communication skills to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance, while effectively communicating with Spanish-speaking employees and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Ensure effective employee relations by resolving conflicts, addressing grievances, and maintaining a positive work environment.
  • Manage performance evaluation processes and provide feedback to improve employee productivity.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices to ensure legal compliance.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with company objectives.
  • Collaborate with management to identify staffing needs and develop workforce strategies.
  • Coordinate employee training and development programs to foster career growth.
  • Handle employee benefits, payroll, and leave management.
  • Provide Spanish language support in HR communications, including translating documents and facilitating discussions with Spanish-speaking employees.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Relevant years of experience in human resources management.
  • Proficiency in both Spanish and English (spoken and written).
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in a multicultural and multilingual work environment is a plus.

LOCATION: Gulshan-e-Iqbal Block 4, Karachi

OFFICE TIMINGS: 6:30 pm – 3:30 am (Night Shift)

SALARY: 90k – 110k
