Job Description
This position is required for our company, Optimum Advisory!
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the full recruitment cycle, from gathering client requirements to onboarding selected candidates.
- Supervise and support the recruitment team.
- Participate in management consultancy projects, conducting research and analysis to understand organizational needs.
- Interview employees, management, and stakeholders to gather insights.
- Business development experience preferred but not mandatory for recruitment.
- Prepare business proposals and presentations for clients.
- Develop job descriptions, organizational charts, and key performance indicators (KPIs) for clients.
- Coordinate documented processes and prepare progress reports.
- Support HR Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) for third parties.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business studies, preferably an MBA.
- 5-7 years of experience in business development, recruitment, and organizational development, ideally in HR consultancies.
- Experience in BPO and HR services is a plus.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and consulting skills.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to act promptly on instructions.
- Capable of working independently and in a team.
