This position is required for our company, Optimum Advisory!

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the full recruitment cycle, from gathering client requirements to onboarding selected candidates.
Supervise and support the recruitment team.
Participate in management consultancy projects, conducting research and analysis to understand organizational needs.
Interview employees, management, and stakeholders to gather insights.
Business development experience preferred but not mandatory for recruitment.
Prepare business proposals and presentations for clients.
Develop job descriptions, organizational charts, and key performance indicators (KPIs) for clients.
Coordinate documented processes and prepare progress reports.
Support HR Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) for third parties.
Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in business studies, preferably an MBA.
5-7 years of experience in business development, recruitment, and organizational development, ideally in HR consultancies.
Experience in BPO and HR services is a plus.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and consulting skills.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to act promptly on instructions.
Capable of working independently and in a team.
