Job Description

Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Procurement Manager to lead client’s procurement operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in procurement within the energy sector, exceptional negotiation skills, and a passion for sustainability. Candidate will play a key role in managing supplier relationships, optimizing procurement processes, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with the company’s goals.
  • Manage the procurement lifecycle, including sourcing, contract negotiation, and supplier evaluation.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure quality and reliability.
  • Monitor market trends and conduct cost analysis to identify opportunities for savings.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align procurement efforts with project needs.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Lead and mentor a team of procurement professionals, fostering a culture of excellence.

Qualifications:

  • B.E/BS in mechanical/Material/Management reputable University 3+ years of experience.
  • 5+ years of procurement experience, preferably in the energy sector.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage supplier relationships effectively.
  • Proficient in procurement software and tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of sustainability practices in procurement is a plus.

Salary Range:

Attractive salary based on experience (150k to 200k)
