Job Description

· Oversee daily operation within manufacturing unit

· Deliver high quality products to customers in a compliant, efficient, and cost-effective manner.

· Assist director operations in organizing, planning, and implementing strategy and plan.

· Make and implement production plans and timesheets.

· Labour management

· Ensure production meets quality parameters.

· Monitor the efficiency of production equipment

· Ensure implementation of ISO and GMP standards

· Track progress of weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual objectives.

· Evaluate employee performance and identify hiring and training needs.

· Maintain housekeeping of production floor.

· Ensure production targets are met

· Report on hourly, daily, weekly, monthly targets

· Provide required reports to directors.

. Min qualification is required as Bachelors preferably in engineering.

. Minimum relevant work experience in FMCG production of 6 years.

. Salary: 125,000 – 150,000

. Location: Site Area (Nazimabad)
