Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, maintain, and enhance software applications with a focus on SQL.
- Design and implement efficient database solutions and complex queries.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize code to improve system performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and enhance existing systems.
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of SQL and database management: Experience working with SQL databases, writing queries, and optimizing database performance.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Computer Science, Information Technology, or similar): Academic background in computer science or a related discipline.
- 6 years of work experience, with at least 4 years of a relevant graduation degree: Minimum professional experience in software development, with a solid understanding of industry best practices.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills: Ability to analyze issues, identify solutions, and effectively communicate them.
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken): Must be able to communicate effectively in English within a multicultural environment.
Japanese Language Requirement:
Candidates with JLPT N5, N4, or upper level of JLPT (Japanese-language Proficiency Test) will be prioritized and directly shortlisted, while non-Japanese speakers are also encouraged to apply if they are willing to learn.
