Job Description

We are looking for a Recruitment Consultant with 2+ years of experience to manage end-to-end recruitment processes, build strong client relationships, and deliver exceptional talent solutions.

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle (sourcing, interviewing, onboarding).
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
  • Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, and other channels.
  • Provide market insights and salary benchmarks to clients.

Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field.
  • 1-2 years in recruitment or similar roles with proven success.

 

Location: DHA Phase 6.

Salary: Market Competitive.
