Job Description
We are looking for an experienced, detail-oriented SEO Content Writer to join our digital team in order to build content and help us create high-quality content that ranks.
His/her primary responsibility will be to create informative and engaging articles that provide high value to our target audience and consistently achieve high SERP rankings. The person must have solid knowledge of core SEO principles and the ability to seamlessly incorporate keywords and keyword variations into your articles.
SEO Content Writer’s duties and responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth research on a variety of different topics to ensure that our articles are 100% factually correct and aligned with our readers’ search intent
- Work as a member of digital marketing team, and collaborate with our marketing people and implement their feedback and suggestions in the articles
- Applying SEO best practices to articles, follow our internal linking guidelines and think about internal linking opportunities in your content
- Contextually include mandatory internal links in your content brief, as well as find opportunities to link to other articles in the content series, where appropriate
- Have an excellent grip on English grammar, punctuation, spelling, and style
- Possess In-depth knowledge of current SEO practices which is obligatory.
- Produce high-quality content that will consistently rank high on Google and will reliably generate organic traffic to our brand/clients.
SEO Content Writer’s requirements and qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, or Communications
- A minimum 3 years of experience with SEO and content writing
- Excellent knowledge of all aspects of written English
- Solid knowledge of core SEO principles (keywords and keyword variations, keyword stuffing, internal linking, etc.) and the ability to apply them to written content
- Create high-quality, SEO-optimized content for our multiple brands
- Deliver content which is factually accurate, informative, engaging, and free of language errors
- Implement feedback and suggestions from the supervisor and teams
- Adhere to our internal linking guidelines and contextually including mandatory internal links from content briefs into your articles as and when required
- Take pressures and be able to multi-tasking
- Work to deadlines and deliver on time
- Attend team meetings and present as and when required
OFFICE TIMINGS: 6:30 pm – 3:30 am (Night Shift)
SALARY: 90k – 110k
