Job Description

1. Develop & Execute Social Media Strategies

  • Define goals aligning with marketing campaigns.
  • Create and manage content calendars.
  • Track KPIs and analyze performance.

2. Content Creation

  • Develop engaging text, images, and videos for platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok).
  • Collaborate with internal teams for content synergy.

3. Community Management

  • Monitor and respond to messages and mentions.
  • Engage with followers and build a strong online community..

4. Social Media Advertising

  • Plan and execute paid campaigns (Facebook, Instagram Ads).
  • Monitor performance and optimize for ROI.

5. Industry Research & Trends

  • Analyze competitor activity and industry trends.
  • Stay updated on the latest social media technologies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in social media management.

Salary: 150k

Location: Gulshan Block 4, Near Adler College.
