Job Description
- Manage and maintain employee records with advanced Excel tools, including attendance, leave, and performance.
- Process payroll, expenses, and employee claims efficiently using Excel-based data management techniques.
- Analyze and oversee employee data across various projects for improved operational efficiency.
- Administer benefits data and ensure compliance with statutory requirements through detailed reporting.
- Streamline employee exits, settlements, and documentation with effective use of Excel.
Requirements:
- Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: 2+ years in HR operations focusing on Excel expertise.
- Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and reporting tools.
- Knowledge of payroll systems and HR operations.
Salary:Â 80,000-90,000.
Location:Â Phase 7.
