Job Description
As the Supply Chain Manager, you will play a critical role in overseeing the end-to-end supply chain operations. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the timely delivery of materials, manage supplier relationships, and drive cost-effective strategies that align with our company’s goals.
Requirements:
- Develop and implement supply chain strategies that support business objectives
- Manage procurement processes, ensuring the timely acquisition of materials and services
- Oversee inventory management and forecasting to optimize stock levels
- Collaborate with production, logistics, and quality assurance teams to ensure seamless operations
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and negotiate contracts
- Analyze supply chain performance metrics and identify areas for improvement
- Monitor industry trends and implement best practices in supply chain management
- Ensure compliance with regulations and sustainability standards
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficient in supply chain management software and tools
- Demonstrated leadership experience and ability to work collaboratively
Salary Range: Attractive salary based on experience (140k – 180k)
Experience: B2B experience of 5-7 years – Automotive Industry Experience Required.
