Job Description
We are looking for a reliable Learning & Organizational Development Executive to join our HR team and assist in organizing training and development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and coordinate training and development programs.
- Collaborate with external trainers and vendors to deliver tailored solutions.
- Conduct training needs assessments to identify skill gaps and opportunities.
- Monitor and evaluate training program effectiveness and outcomes.
- Support leadership development and succession planning strategies.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
Requirements:
- Qualification: Bachelor in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in organizing training or HR-related roles.
- Familiarity with learning and development processes and best practices.
- Strong organizational, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data management and reporting.
- Willingness to travel when required.
Location: DHA phase 7
Salary: 75k-80k
